It isn’t the doctors’ fault. Right after the baby is born the mom has to place cotton on top of the belly button, and then wrap a bandage around the baby’s waist (not too tied) until the piece comes off. And keep doing it for about a month or two. The results are a concave belly button and not protrude. My family has been doing this for years, my mom did it to us, and we all did it to our children.
