Why do we make our visa application fee check payable to CommunicAsian and not the Chinese Consulate?

CommunicAsian will apply visas for other applicants as well, and pay to P.R.C consulate in one check. Moreover, the P.R.C consulate does not accept personal checks. It only accepts cash, money order, cashier check or company check.
