Pedestrian traffic has increased since Sixes Road became maintained by SRCA. Prior to this landscape maintenance, sidewalks were overgrown and exhibited some accumulation of trash. An active pedestrian walkway, the Blankets Creek bicycle trails and the well maintained entrances of our neighborhoods all contribute to increased home values and an active business community. • Some neighborhoods do not have a homeowner association and it is more difficult for these neighborhoods to legally join SRCA.
