Why do we tap out a negative condition instead of tapping for a positive outcome?
When focusing on a problem using an appropriate word or phrase whilst tapping each point we are able to reduce the intensity of the problem down to zero or an acceptable level. Once this is done the potential for change is established and a person can decide in what direction they want to move. I might also speculate that the mind once released from the restrictions of the problem will automatically gravitate to a more optimistic positive attitude/condition/s.
