He wants to provide a greater opportunity for indoctrination through the government school system and increase the burden on alternative methods of education that are more efficient and effective, such as private schools, charter schools, parochial schools and home schooling. It also gives him the opportunity to add free dinner to free lunch and breakfast programs to increase the Demrats beloved culture of government dependency and future zombie like voters. Heck, just add beds and raise them for the parents. He needs to promote true education reform by pushing vouchers that place the challenge of free market competition on the government schools and the liberal supporting teacher unions that have stagnated educational improvement in this nation for decades.
