No Belgium does not speak French. Unfortunately the Wallon part of Belgium did not yet seperate to France where they should be. The actual language is Flame and not French and so the French speaking Belgians should get lost and go to FRance. The rest of Belgium would be rather happy to get rid off those strange people who only speak French and try to dominate and rule the rest of the country with their sick ideas.
