Why does it contain 84 elements, while refined salt only contains two or four?
Any natural crystal salt contains all the elements originally found in the sea that the body needs. Most of the salt available in shops is refined. That means that it is cleaned and simultaneously reduced by 82 elements, with only sodium and chlorine remaining, and those in a proportion that is aggressive and harmful to the body. Later, some iodine and fluorine are added. Thus, natural salt is much better for the body than refined salt.
