Why does Kalsec® offer so many forms of capsicum oleoresins?
Kalsec® capsicum oleoresins are designed to address specific applications. Choosing the type that best “heats up” a food or seasoning formulation requires that a number of factors be taken into consideration. Among those factors are solubility and dispersibility requirements (water, oil, or emulsion), the amount of color contained in the oleoresin, and compatibility of the extract with other ingredients in the formulation.
