Why does Kingsoft AntiVirus prompt that “KAV32.exe has encountered an error and needs to be closed” every time I use the Scan function?
Please try the following: l Update Kingsoft AntiVirus to the latest version. If the problem persists, go to the second step. l Go to C:\WINDOWS\ (here Drive C is the default system drive) and check whether there are two files formatted with .zip. If so, delete them and use the Scan function again. l If the problem still has not been solved, please hit the Debug button and then send the popup error No. to supportindia@kingsoft.com, together with the screenshots of the message boxes and your contact information.
