Why does MATTEO prefer zippers on out duvet (or comforter) covers?

We construct our zippered duvets such that the zipper is not too visible and such that it lasts and does not break. We prefer a zipper because it is much easier to get the comforter in and out after washings than it is opening and closing 20 buttons.
