We have uncovered the following problem with Synergy/CM and filed a trouble report with Telelogic, case number 2066659. [The case was closed on 28 Mar 2005 after a workaround (below) was provided.] *Synopsis* Migrate incorrectly excludes directories when a user-defined type exe is set to _Ignore On Migrate_ in the exe type definition. *Details* One of our internal customers encountered this behavior, which we have been able to reproduce at will. He was attempting to migrate in a directory structure, but found that all top-level directories were excluded from the migration in the preview, accompanied with a popup message: 

 Warning: The root directory cannot be ignored.
