you need to replace both universal joints most likely get under car somehow and look behind left front wheel for cracks or splits in the rubber bushing its not hard to miss looks like a black corrugated pipe if that is split or cracked then dirt got into the joint and ruined the bearing replace both sides if you do get it done looking at like 200 dollars at a mechainic shop and unless you are really good at fixing cars let them do the work
