Why does my clock keep resetting itself 2 hours back, (computer clock)?
If the clock is reset after turning on the computer again, then it might be the CMOS battery that needs to be replaced, so if you don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s located by opening the case and looking for a big rounded battery placed on the motherboard. If the clock is reset even when the computer is on and you don’t have a special time zone setting that might change the hour automatically or simply doesn’t match your geographical location, it might need a BIOS patch (or firmware upgrade), an Operating system patch, or either it has some kind of application that sets it that way (like a virus).
