Why does my Creatine taste really harsh?
Yes CEE is a new form of creatine and more powerful. It is made with an ester (makes it tastes acidic) so it is absorbed much better by the stomach. You can try hiding with a citrus drink. Only use a small amount and consume like a “shot”. You could also use our flavouring system made to cover this taste (we also sell CEE in tablet form due to the taste).
