Make sure to use the proper format for the E-mail. Many messages I see ‘bounced’ back to the sender do not meet the Internet E-Mail standard. Student E-mail accounts here at Conestoga College follow the format “xxxxxxxx@conestogac.on.ca” (where x is 1st letter first name + last name + -cc (without .STU) etc).
