Why does my Pulo pillow sometimes feel cold and firm but softer at other times?
Because our SensaSoft material reacts with the temperature around it, or with whatever is placed on it, then if it is in a cold place it will feel firmer but in a warmer one, softer. This is why when you initially receive your Pulo pillow it might seem too firm, especially if it has been delivered by mail or by carrier. Simply place it for a while somewhere warm, like your bedroom and it will feel perfect when it is time to be used. It is also an idea to rest you head for 5 to 10 minutes on your Pulo pillow before you go to sleep and this gives the material time to warm and mould to your sleeping profile.
