Why does our AutoImage (thumbnail/snapshot) window display part of the AutoEDMS Form instead of the managed document? This Article Applies To: Product: AutoEDMS, 5.x, 6.x Sub Product: N/A, Commentary: The AutoEDMS “AutoImage” program may mistakenly take a snapshot of your AutoEDMS Form if there is a communications delay between your workstation and the network fileserver where the managed document files are stored… in other words, you may be having a “slow network” problem.
