Please wait for the authentication of RealJukebox 2 Basic for Sony to be finished (this can take several seconds). If the problem persists, disconnect the USB cable, restart your computer, and then connect the USB cable to your computer again. Note: RealJukebox 2 Basic for Sony may not detect the Sony player if you have OpenMG Jukebox (2.0 or later) open at the same time. If you have OpenMG Jukebox open, close both applications and re-open RealJukebox 2 Basic for Sony.
