Why does St John Ambulance need an Equal Opportunities Policy?
St John Ambulance and each employee and volunteer is bound by law not to discriminate unjustifiably, directly or indirectly, against any person in any work activity on the grounds of that person’s sex, marital status, disability, race, colour, nationality or ethnic origin.
