Why does the autoplay screen not appear?
When the autoplay screen does not appear, this is usually due to processes running in the background that conflict with the game. First, make sure the game disk is in the drive. If you have a DVD-edition disk, please make sure you are using a DVD-rom drive and that all of the background tasks have been shut down. Click here for instructions on ending your background tasks. Now you can start the game manually. If you need to start the installer: Open My Computer. Right-click on the game disk icon and choose Open. Double-click on the Setup icon. This will start the installation. If you want to play the game (it has already installed): Double-click on the game icon on your desktop or in the Start Menu. This will start the program.
