Humid conditions may exist. Try again under less humid conditions. Surface you are spraying may be too hot. Remove the object from direct sunlight or heat; allow surface to cool and continue. Make sure the aerosol can and surface temperatures are between 18 and 30C. We recommend that you check your local weather conditions before you paint.
