Why does the Dreamweaver template that I download look different from the actual site on the web server?

The Dreamweaver template embeds (via Server Side Include) University-wide brand elements such as the background image, the top header with the new URI logo and bottom footer with the new URI wordmark and tagline so the University can centrally maintain the overally look and feel of the URI websites. You’ll only see the regions you need to edit. When you preview your pages or when you upload your website to the remote server, you will be able to see the embeded elements in a browser.

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
