Why does the eBallot message say that my login is invalid?

eBallot validates your login information against the voter list that was provided by ITS based upon the Student Information System and the PeopleSoft Human Resources system. If the username and password combination passed to eBallot is not in the voter list, it is treated as an invalid login. If you have a problem accessing a ballot for which you are eligible, please contact the election commissioner.
