If your file is called Prvning.lyx, the name of exported file (.tex/ps/pdf) will be different (probably @@Prvvning.lyx) becase LaTeX can only handle filenames where the letters are 7-bit ASCII. For the actual details in the source, see Angus’ explanation [gmane.org].
