Mozilla-based browsers such as Mozilla and Firefox take longer to open the gradebook than other browsers, such as Internet Explorer. Also, displaying gradebook data is a relatively resource-intesive operation for the Blackboard server. During peak periods of the term, this may take a few seconds, especially for large classes with many graded assignments.
