Why does the MyHotspotter window look fractured?

If the PC’s font size is too large / small, then this can cause the MyHotspotter interface to look ‘fractured.’ To resolve this, customers simply need to re-set the font size back to normal (96 ppp) in their display adapter advanced properties • Right click on your desktop • Select ‘Properties’ • Select ‘Settings’ • Select ‘Advanced’ • Select ‘General’ • Change the font size (DPI) to normal (96 ppp)
