This problem occurs because Microsoft Outlook was installed in Internet Only mode. To successfully install Oracle Connector for Outlook, you must install Microsoft Outlook in Corporate/Workgroup mode. Note: This issue applies only to Microsoft Outlook 2000. For Outlook 2000: • Start Outlook. • On the Tools menu, click Options. • Click the Mail Delivery tab. • Click Reconfigure Mail Support. • Select the Corporate or Workgroup option. • Follow the on-screen instructions. • Your email configuration is now compatible with Oracle Connector for Outlook.
