Why does the Support Debugging Tool have Standard and Advanced Mode features?

0

Any features which have the ability to read or write directly to the application’s data or require SQL or Dexterity scripting are classified as Advanced Mode features and will not be available to the normal users. All the informational or logging features are part of Standard Mode and can be used by all users. To use an Advanced Mode feature a user must have SQL Server System Administrator privileges or be a DBO for both the System DYNAMICS database AND the current company database.
