Why does VK have filters for BL and AX?
Most EDLs contain information that (for the purposes of comparison) are misleading. For instance, editors might label material received from a digital grading house as AX (for auxiliary) and show every event source time as starting at 00:00:00:00 VK2 cannot work correctly with this material events labeled AX because it cannot differentiate between one ‘AX’ reference and another. It is the same with video Black (BL): VK filters out references to these events because the results would not be accurate.
