do you mean you actually want an A4 size label, or A4 size made up of, say, 7 x 2 labels, i.e. 14 to a sheet. Presumably you are doing it, Mailings, Labels, Options, Avery A4, then selecting the product number, ie J8163 for 7 x2. Before this you would have selected same address full page or single address. After selecting your size label, click on the new document button which will give you the label grid and you can then put in your addresses and save it as a document in its own right. If you are following this and it is still not right, have a look at your printer settings!
