Why doesn CitySoft provide in-person, phone, and email support for free as a built-in part of the CE software package?

After over a decade of providing software and services to social sector clients, CitySoft and our partners found that the core goal of providing the best software at the most affordable price was best served by de-coupling the price of the CE software and the related implementation services (including training support). If in-person / phone / email support was provided as part of the core software price, then that would require us to raise the price of the software significantly, which our clients have told us they do not want. By pricing implementation services separately, clients buy only the services that they need and don’t have to worry about paying for services which they may not use.
