Why doesn Isango! provide over the phone help (toll free #) ?
Let’s face it – setting up call centre is expensive! Besides, it is not necessarily effective. We can set it up, have it thinly staffed to justify costs and have you frustrated by holding on forever…either to be asked to call later due to ‘high demand’ or end up with someone not able to help you to your satisfaction. We all have been there!
