Why doesn my betta fish eat anything?
You are not suppost to feed the betta every day. Have one day of the week where you dont feed you betta at all. This gives their bowels time to clean out. You could be overfeeding and that’s probably what it is. Feed two pellots a dat like I do only because (sad to say) my male has gone ‘fat’, or bloaded a little. But yea, feed a minimum of two pellots a day and mabey four sometimes. Be sure you are cleaning out his or her tank weekly. Poor water quallity is not good and can cause disease in the fish, and in your case, not eating. One more thing. Be sure the water temperature reads around 78 degrees because this could also be causing him to not eat. Just purchase a two dollar thermometer to stick on the side of the tank, you may need a heater. Hope he starts to eat again soon!
