Why doesn my wireless keyboard and mouse set work?
My guess is you have an interference issue. Your computer wants to use the old wireless kb/m set but you want the new one. You need to make sure that you completely disconnected the old one and then try putting in the new one again. If that doesn’t work, reboot the entire system and try it again. If that doesn’t work, your computer is going to sadly be a paper weight.
