I think the song should be left alone instead of having some half wit of a DJ getting hold of it & ruining it. This is what is happening to music now. No originality just a handfull of songs that are containing samples!!

Annie Lennox wrote this song after she lost her child who was stillborn. “Why” is a song by Annie Lennox from her debut solo album Diva (1992). It was released as the album’s first single in 1992 (see 1992 in music) and reached number five in the United Kingdom and number thirty-four on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The song was interpreted by Amii Stewart and Dee Dee Bridgewater on 1994 Italian song festival. A cover version by Spanish Dance music artist DJ Sammy with vocals by Britta Medeiros was released in 2005, and it is DJ Sammy’s third song cover. The song was also covered by Kelly Clarkson, live on her 2005 Hazel Eyes Tour. Annie Lennox performed a piano-only version of the song for an NBC telethon to support the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
