Why doesn the Forest Born hardcover have the same style of art as the other hardcover Books of Bayern?
My publisher decided that the hardcover of Forest Born should match the latest covers of all the books in this series–using photographs instead of paintings. I do love the original Alison Jay paintings, but as of right now, Forest Born is only available with the photograph cover. I know this is disappointing to many people who have the first three books in hardcover and want a matching set! I’m sorry about that. For the record, Forest Born is my favorite of the photograph covers. In a perfect world, we could have both! Perhaps some day…
