Q: I have downloaded a video training movie and I want to download the associated charts from the media library in the nDAC software. However, when I press the link to the zip archive it seems to download as expected, but once the file compression program opens, the zip archive appears to be empty. A: This is a known bug in Microsoft Internet Explorer and is covered in the following Microsoft KB article 308090, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308090. You must right click the zip icon and select “Save As…” to download to your Desktop. From here you can open the zip archive with a file decompresion program (like WinZip) and extract the chart files.
