Peppermint Elderflower Yarrow ( you may find this commercially as Gypsy cold care Tea) Bring water to slight boil, stir in herbs, cover and steap for 5-8 minutes. Drink promtly. Avoid metal pots. If your congestion is seriously a problem you can add golden seal. (VERY SMALL amounts it is strong) This tea blend will support all the systems of your body which are working very hard to get all the junk out of your system. If your congestion is annoying you, like you cannot sleep, then make some peppermint tea, only this time boil the water hard and use a towel to trap the steam to breathe it. Refresh as the oils boil out. Toss when done.
