Why don I see the video clip thumbnail previews in the gallery window of the Add Video Backgrounds dialog?
If you are looking for PowerPlugs: Video Backgrounds Content, make sure you have installed the Video Backgrounds Content from the CD. (Note: there is a separate installer for PowerPlugs: Video Backgrounds Player and PowerPlugs: Video Background Content.) To confirm whether you have installed the PowerPlugs: Video Backgrounds Content, go to My Computer and select the C drive. Go to C:\Program Files\PowerPlugs\Video Backgrounds.
