My taskbar is messed up and dosen’t change when I reformat and reload Windows XP. Norton Antivirus and Webroot Spy Sweeper do not detect anything. Kelly’s Korner dosen’t seem to help. Any ideas would be appreciated. The HP Technician said I need a new hard drive to correct the tasbar. I don’t understand why when everything else is OK.
