Why follow the CIT (counsellor in Training) program at La Grande Aventure… en Anglais!?
In addition to following a quality counsellor training program in a beautiful and unique setting with dynamic counsellors, the candidate has the opportunity to practice and improve their English language skills for almost four weeks. Why is the CIT program not offered to every camper of 16 to 17 years of age (Intensive English Counsellor in training leadership program) There is limited space available for this program (8 spots in total per season). The goal of the program is to train dynamic young adults, with strong English language skills, to come and work at La Grande Aventure en Anglais in the years to come. To maintain a high level of quality of our bilingual counselors, it is important to give our future counselors support in small groups and to emphasize their English language skills. We have our campers’ interests at heart with our development program for future counselors.
