Why has Orchard Pointe off Mineral Springs Road stalled out?
Hello Deana, Orchard Pointe is a great location, what is happening there is happening everywhere, it is not a negative mark on this subdivision. The market is showing some signs of new life and a home just went under contract on 31 March 2009. This subdivision is cut to have approx. 50+/- homes, that being a mixture of Garden and traditional style homes. The price point is not scheduled to exceed $375K, and should base aroung $230K. Currently there are three builders building in Orchard Pointe, with several homes available for sale. If you wanted to build a home in this subdivision, you could use of the current builders or choose your own. I hope this gives you some insight on Orchard Pointe.
