Why has Take 5 focused on Europe and Asia before North America?
Ryan: Well, I think that when it comes to music they’re really ahead of the United States trend-wise. They were ready for the sound we had. We were over there and then things started to pick up back here and so now we’re back here. Our original record label was based in Germany so that’s another reason we were based overseas. How did you think of the title, Against All Odds? Ryan: We all sat down and brainstormed and came up with about five titles for the album. But basically, it seemed that this album was never going to get released, there were so many setbacks, switching record companies, a lot of ups and downs and it felt like it was never going to happen. So that’s why we named it Against All Odds. And finally, against all odds, it’s coming out and hopefully it’s going to do well. Ryan, did you have any doubt in the past that you would be singing professionally for your living?
