I choose to avoid all of these dangerous substances, and I would support the prohibition for children. If all of these substances were outlawed tomorrow, adults would find a way to circumvent the law. Prohibition against narcotics has not prevented drug abuse. As a vegetarian, I know the health consequences of animal protein consumption. Milk, dairy, beef, and pork consumption correlate strongly with heart disease, cancers, diabetes, and osteoporosis. Again, I would support a prohibition of these foods from the diets of young children. Cow milk is totally unnecessary for a balanced diet, contrary to what industry money has done to the consensus reality. There is a theoretical model that explains how milk consumption correlates with type I diabetes in some genetically predisposed children. Dairy is also correlated with type II diabetes.
