Why have I been having problems sending email to AOL and Hotmail e-mail accounts?
Some e-mail providers, such as AOL and Hotmail, are often used to spam or spoof email. As such they are often subject to aggressive anti-spam and relaying rules. We have had complaints about this from customers using our mail service and those using other services as well. This unfortunately is something beyond our control. We do not restrict sending email to any addresses.
