It could have something to do with the wisdom tooth extraction, but I’m guessing that, since you’re asking, you’ve ruled out any direct and obvious connection between feeling sore up there and having, you know, a whole big tooth yanked out of your mouth. So, my bet is on some kind of indirect relation. Probably what happened is that when you weren’t looking the dentist punched you in the face for sleeping with his wife and you didn’t feel it till the anaesthetic wore off.
