Question: When I try to parse XML file using PL/SQL XML Parser, I got following error Messages: ERROR at line 1: ORA-20100: Error occurred while parsing: Start of root element expected. ORA-06512: at “XDKDEMO.XMLPARSER”, line 22 ORA-06512: at “XDKDEMO.XMLPARSER”, line 86 ORA-06512: at “XDKDEMO.
