Why I receive this email “**ALERT** White_Listed sender XXXX email contains YYYY virus”?
In general, all the infected emails are dropped even from the white listed sender. The email is only a notification for the end-user: just in case he or she is waiting for the email from the white listed sender and the infacted email was dropped by Europa. Europa does nothing for the white listed sender email even the SPAM score is high. Therefore, the end-user is expecting all the emails from the white listed sender.
