Why in antartica sky is in green colour in evening?
The green colours seen in Antartica and Artic regions are AURORAS formed by disturbances of the Earth’s Magnetic Field.When there is a disturbance of the sun’s Photosphere Electrons from the sun collide with the Earth’s Magnetic Field .The electrons form Auroras seen as Colourful displays of light. As the Atmosphere is thinner In the Polar region they can be seen.In the Antartica they are known as SOUTHERN LIGHTS .They are generally of green colour.In Antatica they are known as AURORA AUSTRALIS.
