Most of the politicians have invested heavy amounts in companies making plastic bags. Use of plastic bags (of certain microns) is banned and not manufacturing. The existing ban is also not effective bcoz of no action taken.

I think already the plastic which cannot be recycled has been banned. Yes I agree completely the plastic bag should be banned and should start using paper or jute bags. Some companies already started marketing this type of bags.
